We do NOT accept returns or refunds, except in the following cases:

1. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Orders shipped to the EU may be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with EU law. Items must be returned in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately by email at nexuratrade@gmail.com.

How to Return

  • Contact us by email before sending any product.

  • Only returns approved by us will be accepted. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Items outside the EU 14-day period cannot be returned.

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:

    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

    • Personalized or custom products

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

    • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

  • We recommend returning the item (if eligible) and making a separate purchase for the replacement.

Refunds

  • Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
